• Mothers in Tirane, Albania– About women, pregnancy, and motherhood around the world. A conversation with an Albanian mother while making a couple of men dinner and fetching us beers.
• Pregnancy cravings in Eastern Europe– In search of a peach across Eastern Europe in the winter. Not an easy mission.
• What to do about morning sickness in Sarajevo– Puking in hostel toilets, eating moldy vegetables, lack of appetite, and the inherent irritation of pregnancy hormones, all while traveling in cold, cold Sarajevo in the winter.
• Travel to Serbia while pregnant– “Which way from here?” Chaya asked in Hungary. “To Turkey!” As could be expected, we found ourselves going west, to Serbia and Bosnia. This is an entry about crossing the Hungary/ Serbia border and traveling in the Balkans while pregnant.
