There are few public celebrations in the world that can match this.

Throughout my travels I’ve seen my fair share of parades — many of which could be described as absolutely crazy, absurd, or in the words of my friend Chris West, bonkers. However, only one that I know of tops the chingay parade that I watched in Penang.
