Nearly as soon as my flight touched down in Penang I was back at the airport to fly out on a work trip to Hong Kong. I would be covering the announcement of the expansion of a massive logistics zone for one of the news publications that I work for.

These work trips allow me to not only do research and collect content for stories to publish and make money from but also allows me to go to places that I would otherwise not have access to.

Also, I really enjoy the randomness of the profession. I seriously have no idea where I will be next week … ever. There is something about this that I like.
