If you’re traveling to Ontario – which is certainly a good idea in itself, Haliburton might not be a place you think about going to or even stopping at. However, bypassing this lovely town could be a mistake, as there is a lot to do and see there, and it could make your trip complete. To cap it off, you’ll be able to join in with one of the many food festivals that take place in Haliburton through the year. These festivals celebrate everything from maple syrup to wild game, and they’re a great way to get to know the local culture and taste some new flavors at the same time.
