Teotitlan is located a short distance outside of Oaxaca. There is a direct bus, but it only leaves every few hours or so. Alternatively, you can take any bus heading in that direction and ask to be let off at the turn-off for Teotitlan. They will leave on the side of the highway where you can get a shared taxi into town.
