Kate: I’m packing. Do I need to bring a raincoat?
Sam: No, I don’t have one. It’s rainy season but it only seems to rain in the evening. You should be fine with out one.
Kate arrives the next day in pouring rain.
Kate: So…I don’t need a rain coat huh?
20 minutes after our conversation it started raining and hasn’t stopped for 2 days. Bus ride back from the airport…in the rain. Walk along the beach…in the pouring rain. Watched the Acapulco cliff divers…no rain! Bus ride to Mexico City…in the rain. Weather currently in Mexico City…Rain!
Maybe she should have brought that raincoat.
