Some Muscovites thought they needed to up the message: Stop F#cking Drinking and Driving!

Perhaps better than the stale and ineffectual standard Ministry of Healthy warning, “If you drink, don’t get behind the wheel,” some billboard liberation artists put up the above beauty. It really drives the message home in no uncertain terms by saying:
We’re tired of warning you. You’re f*cking pissing us off when you drink and drive. -The Ministry of Health
Point taken.
