On this beautiful Christmas Day here in Guatemala I am doing pretty much absolutely nothing. This morning I went out with a friend for a giant Latte and big bowl of fruit topped off with granola and yogurt – disgustingly healthy. For lunch I had roast chicken and french fries washed down with a coke to make up for it. Now I’m in my hammock ready for my strenuous afternoon. Here are some shots of my view.

…and now, taking these pictures has just about worn me out so I guess I’d better take my siesta. Merry Christmas to all. 🙂

Yes, it looks lovely. I am sorry that you feel like “why me”. I do too most of the time. It just seems like when we are apart we really care for each other, but when we are together, well…..the nit picky things of life get out of hand. Please take care. You are not alone.

        Hi,
My Christmas Eve blog wasn’t meant as a self-pitying “why me” kind of blog. It was meant as a philosophical kind of thing. That is just one of the things I am out here looking for an answer to – kind of like the answer to the question, “What is the meaning of Life, the Universe and Everything?” Just like in the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, it will probably turn out to be something like “42.”

Hi Rob, I think I did over do it a bit but a little nap fixed me right up in time for dinner.

You lucky dog! Looks relaxing, you just need a gin and tonic, perfect.
    Merry Christmas to you!

      Hi there Eva,
A belated Merry Christmas to you and the whole Hamori Family. Hope things are going well there in France. I’ve got to say, this sure beats wintering in the Ozark Mountains. All my Best.
