Hi Wade, I just sent you a Paypal donation of $50, and I am happy to send you more, if needed. My girlfriend, a US citizen, has overstayed her Schengen (3 month visa waiver) 4 months now due to an acute life-threatening illness that makes it impossible for her to fly. If she leaves Schengen on a ferry from Spain to England, I guess with a Spanish exit stamp, will she likely be able to enter the UK, (she is retired and has funds to support herself) without any trouble, and will she have to stay in England for longer than 90 days, before she can re-enter Schengen without any troubles? If you do not have an answer to my questions, can you recommend an attorney experienced with complex Schengen issues?
Kind regards,
Peter
