Morning time restaurant being sprayed with a hose. It is common in Latin America for shopkeepers to spray the ground in front of their establishments with water in the morning. Maybe it has to do with purifying the soil around their place like in Japan, or maybe it just has to do with not wanting all of the dust from the street blowing up into their restaurant.
