I half heartily checked my Paypal account yesterday and, to my surprise, I found that a reader by the name of Bill tossed me a "1 day of travel" contribution of $10. I smiled and felt real good that there are people out there reading, and maybe even enjoying, Vagabond Journey.com.

I began accepting reader contributions a couple of months back while traveling in Central America as a way to better even out the money and time costs of publishing Vagabond Journey.com and to work towards keeping my daily expenditure fraction constant.

Little contributions from readers like Bill and Motorcycle Bob really do help out a lot, and I just want to let them know that I really appreciate it.

For each "1 day of travel" ($10) contribution I will send you a postcard with a thank you message or some turn of wit from whatever country I happen to be traveling in.
