I think to be a good travel photographer you have to be conspicuous, uncouth, and obvious. How else are you going to get people to look at you?

The police are just criminals with guns who have no fear of the police.

I must wonder about where anthropologists get off at being so pretentious. I mean, nobody would feel the need to interpret for a painter the fundamentals of what it means to be a painter; why then, do anthropologist think they should interpret for humans anything about what it means to be human.
