There is a lot of different types of content going up on this travelogue daily, and I assume that some readers may get lost in this deluge of information and have difficulty finding only what they are looking for.

Say, for example, a reader is only interested in reading about travel tips, China, and how to make money to travel, and does not want to wade through all of the entries about culture, Mexico, and everything else every day. Well, I would like to inform this reader that they can easily sign up for select RSS notifications which will be sent to them only when the topics they are interested in are published on this travelogue.

That’s right, you do not need to subscribed to all of the posts on this travelogue, you do not even need to sift through them all, but you can pick and choose the topics that are best suited to your interests to read.

So, the example reader above can subscribe to the travel tips, China, and how to make money to travel topics simply by entering the follow addresses into their RSS feed reader:

https://www.vagabondjourney.com/travelogue/travel-tips/feed/

This reader will now receive RSS updates only when entries in their chosen topics are published.

To receive RSS notification of the topics that you are interested in, browse through the category listing and drop down menu in the first sidebar to the right, select the topics that you would like to subscribe to, and then enter those address along with /feed/ added to the end of it into your RSS reader.

Likewise, this travelogue is set up in a way to allow for easy navigation by topic. In the header navigation are links to the regions of the world that this travelogue covers.  So if you are interested in researching a certain part of the world, all you need to do is click on the relevant link in the header and you will be taken to a page that has all of the entries on this blog for that region. You can also navigate this travelogue by specific country by going to the Travelogue by Country Index. Or, if you are interested in reading about a certain topic in travel, there is a list of links in the sidebar which go to the most popular topics on this travelogue. Think of these topic specific/ country/ and region indexes as being separate, single subject blogs.

Although this travelogue covers a vast array of topics across the entire planet, I have tried to keep navigation simple and seamless. I want you to be able to find exactly what you are looking for here, and to be notified when something that you are interested in is published.

If you have any further questions about the navigational structure of the Vagabond Journey travelogue, about subscribing to individual topics by RSS, or have some suggests please comment below.

Walk Slow,

Wade
