Graffiti in Bairro Alto district of Lisbon, Portugal. This is an amazing part of the city. A graffiti artists can read these walls like a newspaper.

Graffiti in Bairro Alto Lisbon Portugal.

Odeith, the Portuguese graffiti artist has this piece in his hall of fame outside of Lisbon.

The graffiti that gave Odeith the Illusionist his name. Look at this piece closely! It comes out to get you!

Graffiti by Odeith from Lisbon Portugal.

Another picture of Odeith's graffiti hall of fame in Portugal. He is a truly amazing artist.

Another 3D illusion painted by Odeith, who is one of the top Graffiti artists in Europe.

Graffiti by Mr. Dheo who writes out of Porto in the north of Portugal.

Odeith explaining how he makes his illusions by using a corner. The art is suppose to look as if it is completely three dimensional. There is a certain vantage point marked out on the pavement in front of this graffiti that you have to look at these pieces from. They really do come out of, and go back into, the wall that they are painted on.

Interesting Graffiti by Mr. Dheo.

For more info on Portuguese street art go to Odeith's homepage at, Odeith the Illusionist, or Mr.Dheo's at, Mr.Dheo Graffiti Portugal, or read the article that I wrote for Cafe Abroad Magazine called The Other Side of the Wall: Graffiti in Portugal.
